Hiyori Tools Privacy Policy

Hiyori Tools is a browser extension for personal URL management and webpage saving. This Privacy Policy explains what information the extension processes, how that information is used, and when it may be shared.
1. Overview
Hiyori Tools helps users manage URLs, open saved URL lists, and save webpages or webpage data in formats such as PNG, Markdown, HTML, JSON, PDF, and full-page screenshots. It also provides an optional user-configured sync to the user’s own Notion workspace.
2. Information Processed by the Extension
Depending on the features the user chooses to use, Hiyori Tools may process the following information:
- URLs and titles of browser tabs
- User-saved URL lists and excluded URL rules
- Webpage content selected by the user, such as page title, page URL, visible text, HTML source, and screenshots
- User preferences and settings stored locally in the browser
- Optional Notion configuration entered by the user, such as Notion API token, database ID, and field names
3. How the Information Is Used
Hiyori Tools uses this information only to provide its core features, including:
- Managing and opening saved URL lists
- Copying URLs from the current browser window
- Saving the current page or selected pages as PNG, Markdown, HTML, JSON, PDF, or full-page screenshots
- Running user-configured automation features such as scheduled opening or delayed saving
- Optionally syncing selected webpage information to the user’s own Notion workspace when the user explicitly enables and uses that feature
